Test objective: Acquire a certificate attesting to knowledge and skills in the basic processes of human resources management, in particular regarding planning, recruitment, staff selection, motivation, remuneration, appraisal and training, improvement and development of employees
Target group: The test is aimed in particular at HR employee and managers of any level, entrepreneurs, mediators, business coaches and public managers who decide about their employees

Required percentage of correct answers to pass the test: 70%
