Test objective: Receiving a certificate confirming the possession of team communication skills and knowledge of creative team and workshop techniques

Target group: The test is addressed to members of project teams, team/project leaders, managers, directors, people in decision-making positions in people management, freelancers – workshop and training organisers, speakers, academic lecturers, teachers, leisure activity animators, and others

Required percentage of correct answers to pass the test: 83%

The scope of the test covers the following areas:  

  • Creative techniques and methods of team and workshop work
  • Basics of interpersonal and team communication
  • Methods of evaluating teamwork and conflict resolution
  • Techniques of creative team motivation
  • Use of online tools to support team and workshop work
